In a nutshell, and if it’s not already obvious from the title...this lil episode is allllll about the “S” word. Sobriety. Not only the topic itself, but my own personal journal with it. Addiction is a real bitch, and if you, whoever you are, also struggle in that area- this one, my friend, is for you.

In this podcast, it’s nothing but real topics, real talk- and through the hard things and good things, all the in between things...I’m just trying to learn how to make lemonade. Taking each lemon that life throws…..and making rainbow lemonade with it. 
In this oh so very extremely raw, awkward and nerdy podcast- my hope, with each episode, is that atleast one person who listens- will leave feeling just a little less alone…with some laughs, perhaps some tears. Overall, whoever hears…you matter, you’re worth it, and you’re not alone!
