The son of two hard working, blue-collar parents, Bob Warren grew up in a small suburban town about 40 minutes southwest of Chicago. He has spent his professional career building his tool box of skills from management to sales and even public speaking. After launching over 7 businesses, Bob started his most recent business, Warren & Company Realty Advisors, 19 years ago, in 2004. During the very challenging “Great Recession” of 2007-2010, Bob utilized his lessons from the past to turn lemons into lemonade and not only survive but thrive in the years that followed. Today, Bob works with both institutional and high net-worth investors to help them identify, analyze and acquire cash-flowing income properties of all types, throughout the U.S. Just last year Warren & Company was honored as #4 on the Jacksonville Business Journal’s “Fast 50” – the 50 fastest growing companies in Jacksonville from 2019-2021.
