Texas Bexar County Hospital Pediatric ICU was experiencing a rash of strange events and unexpected emergencies between the years 1978-1982. This was due to one nurse named Genene Jones. Her care for the children turned to intentional murder. But due to an old Texas law, Genene Jones may be released in March of 2020.
