We’re going way down to Bayou Country, baby! Arguably Louisiana’s most prolific serial killer in history, Ronald Dominique was a true monster. He targeted vulnerability and used rouses to lure victims to their tragic deaths. After this case, you’ll never think of Louisiana and Patti LaBelle the same again.
