The dome was created and as we looked at what progress had been made while I was away, I had a feeling something was wrong. Saphira reacted when I mentioned it.
Now she was defensive, almost angry. Another signal that something was wrong. I put my hand on her shoulder and she shrugged me off and turned away.
“Let’s leave it to the dragons. I hope I am wrong. Maybe I have been involved too long fighting the darkling, on Earth. And now, here.”
I paused trying to gauge her reaction.
“Maybe it is nothing, but we have to know so we can help them. Help all of us.”
It had suddenly struck me that even the elementals may be in danger if we couldn’t contain this. By Zorgon. What was I thinking? I had to get out of here and find Dralinmer or at least get to others in the group and find out what was going on for them.
