About Emma, in Emma's words, ' I lead the 5-11 cohort of PGCE primary trainees. I lead behaviour management sessions for all PGCE students and am currently involved in research studying how trainees' perceptions of managing behaviour develop over their course using graphic elicitation. Other research this year focuses on teacher well-being (especially NQTs). My first book has just been published 'TAs managing behaviour: A guide for schools' and I am currently writing a book on 'New approaches to managing behaviour' which will be released as part of an edited series next year.'

Emma is reading - Solution Focused Practice in Schools: 80 Ideas and Strategies - Yasmin Ajmal and Harvey Ratner
