On the 1st November, we celebrate the second annual national Community Health and Care Day aimed at raising awareness of the breath of work Community Health and Care providers do to keep the population healthy and well.
This year the campaign will focus on the importance of partnership working to ensure people are looked after locally and kept out of hospital.
In this episode, Miranda was joined by NCH&C’s Director of Nursing Carolyn Fowler, and Executive Director of Operations at East Coast Community Healthcare Adele Made in to talk about community healthcare.
