In our final episode of series 4 where our theme has been 'Female Energy Matters' we round up our discussions throughout the series and ask the questions... Where is your energy 'home'? We all have a natural energy place along the male/female spectrum, but we don't always sit there... we get 'out of flow' and that's what makes us exhausted and like everything is an uphill battle. Sometimes, we 'learn' to sit in a different energy based on what we've been conditioned with and have little awareness that we're doing it. It's time to claim back our natural position and feel 'in flow' again with an abundance of purposeful energy!
