This is the second part of 3 episodes covering my interview with Bela Musits. I decided to break up the interview into smaller segments to correspond with the average commuting time.

In this episode we continue to discuss Belas' experience in starting a venture Fund We talked about how he started his venture fund how it was run and how a venture fund is structured.

Bela is currently The Reh Professor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Practice in The David D. Reh School of Business at Clarkson University where he teaches entrepreneurship, technology management, innovation, and Private Equity. Bela is one of the three co-founders of High Peaks Ventures, which is now Primary Ventures. He serves as an Advisor at Primary where he works with CEOs and sits on several boards. Prior to co-founding High Peaks, Bela was Director of the Technology Incubator Program at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. An engineer, researcher and entrepreneur he worked at GE Corp Research and IBM Corp Research as well as co-founding two venture backed companies. One of which went out of business and the other public in late 1996.

He is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with undergraduate and graduate degrees in mechanical engineering as well as a MBA
