We have all experienced being hurt by someone else’s words, actions or both, and sometimes, the wounds are so deep that we struggle to truly forgive. Other times we are the offenders and we find it difficult to make amends or we try to force people to forgive us. Forgiveness is one of those intentional practices that is mandatory if we want to live a life of peace and healing. I say intentional because it is personal and it is a process. Tune in as I share some tips from my own personal experiences, as I challenge to do the same. Forgive to be forgiven, a simple rule for a peaceful life but can be complicated journey.
