This first episode dives into the issue of municipal by-laws that disproportionately impact unhoused people and effectively penalize homelessness. In today’s episode, we’ll introduce this issue and hear from the Director of Resilience Montreal, and McGill Law students who have worked with clients experiencing homelessness.
