• What are my prayer times? What particular hours or moments am I intentionally spending with God to target whatever it is I’m praying for?

• What does my schedule look like while I’m in consecrated fasting?

• What is the biggest takeaway and one change you can make this week regarding food swapping?

• Have you attempted fasting and, if so, what were the results?

• What’s your biggest hindrance or fear concerning fasting and how can you overcome? What are some goals and plans you can set for yourself?
