Stephanie went on a camping and boating trip. Was having a good time with her son. Was hit by another boat, went flying through the air. Leg was in bad shape. Big pieces of bones came out of leg.

Had external fixator for 5 months, was in a wheel chair. No progress. the doctor said she needed to have a rod put into the bone. She prayed about it. A doctor in San Francisco was recommended to her. Six hours of surgery straightened things out. Five months with a new contraption. Learned how to walk again.
