Our next guest have filed a complaint at the North Gauteng High Court to have Judge Willie Seriti and Judge Hendrick Musi called before the Judicial Conduct Committee (JCC) to account for their failure to adequately investigate the Arms Deal. The organization wrote a letter to the JCC to investigate if the actions of the judges amounted to criminal misconduct and called for the NPA to intervene back in 2020. Nearly R142 billion was lost in the corrupt Arms Deal, much of it ending up in the hands of a small group of powerful European corporations, politicians and middlemen.
