Serj Tankian is the lead singer for the band System Of A Down. Their music is a mix of punk, metal and Armenian folk music. In 2006, SOAD won a Grammy for Best Hard Rock Performance of their song B.Y.O.B. (Bring Your Own Bombs).

The new film Truth To Power follows Serj and System Of A Down from their formation, their fight for social justice for Armenians and how they developed their unique sound. Outside of SOAD, Serj is an accomplished artist, composer and activist.
