Isaiah does what prophets do: proclaiming the word of the Lord. Jesus speaks through him. Isaiah 61: "The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me". Isaiah foretold the coming of Christ. God not only creates us, but saves us. Do not fear. We are no longer slaves to sin because of Christ. Our future is secure.
