"As followers of Christ, we have been found by God. Thus, we are on a mission. We see all people as valuable, fearfully and wonderfully made, by God. Most of us, at one time or another, were that lost sheep that is mentioned in this week’s Gospel Lesson. Broken, lost, afraid. And a good shepherd came along named Jesus. He picked us up, and carried us to safety."
