After Jesus’ disciples had spent the first Easter day full of panic, worry, fear, and doubt, when He suddenly appeared among them that evening the first words He said to them were “Peace be with you!” That peace comforted them, healed them, encouraged them, and assured them that all would now be as it should be, because Jesus was risen from the dead.
