Today (December 4) is the Second Sunday in the Season of Advent. In one of his hymns, Martin Luther wrote “O dearest Jesus, Holy Child! / Make thee a bed, soft, undefiled / Within my heart that it may be / a quiet chamber set for Thee!” That’s our theme this week - preparing our hearts for the coming of the Christ Child!
