The main idea for the sermon was: The same God who has a startling response to sin has startling redemption for sinners.

In our passage, we saw the practice of levirate marriage which required men to have sex with family members. In today’s world, it’s illegal for people to be sexually active with their own family members. Why was it OK back then?

In your shepherding of God's church, do you feel as though Christians take sin seriously or do they have a carefree attitude towards it?

In your sermon you encouraged people to turn from sexual immorality. Is sexual sin worse than other sins? Why or why not?

Can you speak to the dangers of pornography and why it is not something Christians can just ignore?
