The Bible has a great deal to say about providing care for those who are most vulnerable and  overlooked by society. In Ephesus, there was a dispute over how best to care for the widows in the church. Which widows should be cared for? How should they be served? Whose responsibility, was it? In Paul’s instruction to the church at Ephesus, we can find our own instruction on how to care for the needy and what care actually looks like.
