فإياكُم والفتوى بغيرِ عِلم رجالًا ونساءً ولا تُغفِلُوا لا أدري فإنَّ لا أدري نصفُ العلم وإنَّ لكم في رسولِ الله أُسْوَةً حسنةً ففي الحديثِ أنَّ رجُلًا سألَ النبيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عن خيرِ البقاعِ وشرِّها فقال لا أدْرِي حتى أسألَ جبريلَ ثم نزلَ الوحيُ على رسولِ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بأن خيرَ البقاعِ المساجدُ وشرَّ البِقاعِ الأسواق.

Once, when Prophet Muhammad, SallAllahu ^alayhi wa sallam, was asked what the best and the worst places were, he answered what means: "I do not know. I will ask Jibril." When the Prophet asked Jibril, Jibril also said, "I do not know." After a period, Jibril returned to Prophet Muhammad with the answer which Allah revealed to him: "The worst places are the markets and the best places are the mosques." This is an authentic, Sahih Hadith related by Imam Muslim and others.
