Let all the earth fear the LORD; Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him Psalm 33:8

All mankind - may be called upon to "fear" HIM.. He is a subject of awe and true godly fear to godly men; to the ungodly he is a subject of terror and servile fear. Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.
