What is servant leadership? Can it be learned? Can people depend on you?

Today I interview my friend Bruce Hamsher, founder of Toward The Goal Ministries. This guy could write the playbook for Servant Leadership; he knows the in's and out's of it like no other. More importantly, he is a living example of what it is. Bruce has held leadership positions in the blue-collar industry, as a pastor, and in the business world. He has also served as a nonprofit CEO and been involved in youth sports.
