Steve Serra knew that from a young age he was passionate about building things. This passion has subsequently led him into the construction industry where he serves as a superintendent for Layton Construction, specializing in building health care facilities and assets. Steve truly puts people first; takes the time to teach, mentor, and empower others; and believes strongly in a team approach.  These attributes carry over into his personal life as well—which makes him an inspiring husband, father, and community leader.
