When it became clear to Eze that he too was a servant (minister) of Christ, he became more faithful to the Lord; he was now more committed to soul-winning and discipleship, was now faithful in the way he handled his money, was now committed to the ministry of the word and prayer and was now accountable to his brethren. Many believers are not as faithful as they can be because they do not know that they too are servants of Christ. They think it is only their pastors that are servants of Christ. But the Bible makes it clear that all believers are ministers –servants of God (see Eph 4:12, 2 Cor 5:18). While children in a household are still babies, they are unable to serve in any capacity. But as they grow up, they are able to serve and handle responsibility in the family.
