Dave, Mark and Mike discuss Dave's 'Adaptation - the Value Flywheel' talk at Map Camp 2021.

They then move on to Dave's talk at Map Camp which develops the concept further through the use of the Value Flywheel.  This sets the context of how Wardley Mapping works in the practical implementation of ongoing technical strategy.
