What is our response to distress? What is our reaction when we are in the midst of trials/hardship?

Psalm 123 is both an encouragement and a challenge to us when we are in midst of the great challenges that we face in this life. The psalmist shows us how to live life "in between"...how to watch & wait with hopeful expectation, knowing that our God is always doing his redeeming work in us, around us, and through us!
