A bit about me: I am a professional Customer Success Manager at SPOC where I work closely with our clients and future partners every day. Having participated in countless meetings, project kick-offs and presales activities I have a pretty good idea of clients' goals but what’s more important their challenges. This brought me to the point where I decided to start a series of podcasts. 

Now, let's face it—there's an ocean of content about ServiceNow out there. However this podcast is all about transforming theory into action, and I’ll do my best to keep you entertained.
