Serving Aces, Conversations with Alexandra Stevenson and co-host Hugues Laverdière.  Alexandra gives Ougi a shout out for his birthday.  They get right into Beyonce - because she debuted her LA movie premiere on Ougi's 50th birthday week-end.  Jannik Sinner played brilliantly - to assist Italy in a big way to win Davis Cup.  They talk about Sinner beating Djokovic in semifinals.  Alexandra brings up Leyton Hewitt the Aussie coach who went down with his team in the Finals.  Alexandra talks about Sinner changing his serve and how his team specifically changed motions etc. in the serve during the season. The Australian Open will bring the players in just after Christmas - and for more and more players - before Christmas to get used to the Australian summer.  Alexandra and Ougi smooth out the NFL season leading into the 13th week.  And Alexandra, forever a Coach Prime fan - tells about the end of his season and what's next for Colorado.

Or "zoning."  Ougi talks about getting into a mental state and getting into a relaxed physical being.  Ougi reminds Alexandra about how he helped her to get relaxed during their time as coach and student. Alexandra throws in Pete Carroll, the coach of the Seattle Seahawks, his positive attitude even though his team is 6-5.  She addresses his partner and sports psychologist, Mike Gervais - who has long been a Seahawks advisor.  The podcast quote goes to First Lady Rosalyn Carter, who died Nov.19 - wife of the 39th President, Jimmy Carter.
