Chiquita Henderson serves as the Dean of Students & Title IX Coordinator for Pasco Hernandez State College in Florida. 

Chiquita possesses over twenty-four years of progressive experience in student services in higher education. She earned her associate’s degree from Pensacola Junior College, Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary social science from the University of West Florida, master of public administration and master of science in counseling and psychology from Troy university, and is currently enrolled as a doctoral student in the community college leadership program at Old Dominion University in Norfolk Virginia.
