Maybe you have even experienced a type of burnout from being scheduled so many weekends in a row, that you don’t know what it’s like to just “go to church”. As church leaders, we can be in danger of letting the needs of the program on Sundays become more important than the needs of the people under our care. But serving the church is so much more than that Planning Center request in your email inbox…it’s a spiritual discipline that corresponds with our worship.
