Serving Through Your Story - Meet Rachel Brown

In this episode community member and chakra Queen Rachel shares the miracles she has created in her own life through her discovery of holistic health and healing.

Rachel Brown founder of the global brand Chakra Kids empowering primary aged children to improve and maintain their emotional wellbeing using fun and engaging holistic methods so they can find the freedom to be true to themselves and know their worth in this world.

With a background in Pharmacy and music, a Pgce in Primary Education and experience working in special needs schools and as a holistic therapist who encountered emotional issues caused by her own childhood illness and her son's dyslexia she is passionate about supporting children to deal with whatever adversities they face with confidence, self belief and positivity.

She believes that creativity, nature and music have been major contributing factors to helping her cope positively with her illness and equipping her with the tenacity and determination needed to find her true purpose and belief in herself. It is this, together with her personal and professional experience over the last 35 years that led to the birth of Chakra kids and various products, programmes and services that will help to change the trajectory of children's mental health.
