On today’s episode, I’m talking to Olympian and coach Leah Stancil about serving your mission.
Leah is the current head coach for Tulane swimming and diving and one of just two Black woman head coaches in DI swimming. As an athlete herself, Leah competed for her home country of Barbados in two Olympics, reaching the finals in 1996. Leah always knew that she wanted to help athletes overcome their struggles and found that coaching gave her the chance to do just that while working one-on-one with swimmers on the frontlines of her sport.
