New bite size "Sesh" today and it's a little late, I rather it be late than never! Now let's talk about the noun Charisma and how it easily rolls off our tongue to describe someone else.  is it really a compliment, does it hinder our inability to be accountable for our actions, and are we using it for the greater good? I got 7 minutes worth of my personal perspective.
