In this first session, we start with a couple of minutes just arriving in our space.
I present an overview of what we will be learning in this 5 session series.
The reasons and benefits are shared on why we meditate.
The different types of meditation methods are shared.
We move into our first meditation of a relaxation style, take a pause and then experience our second meditation which is a focus meditation.
At the end, I share comments that I made to students in the live online class.
