The session begins by defining the terms “evolution” and “creation.” It examines the essential characteristics of a science, since evolution is widely believed to be “scientific,” in contrast to creation, which is classified as religion. An explanation of the “two-model system” then provides the basis for evaluating both creation and evolution against the available evidence. The evolution model is evaluated in terms of mathematical probability theory, physics, and biology.
