Poor Gail – I literally stalked her for this. She’s sitting there ringside not feeling great and I am checking in every few minutes, “Podcast now? How about now?” 

I think she’s glad she did it, though. I’ve known Gail for a long time, first from her dogs that she mentions being advertised in the Aussie Times and then we worked together on a number of committees. We have very similar goals for outreach in the breed, but I think this last visit was what finally made friends. In this interview, she doesn’t pull any punches about her feelings about lines and people’s opinions.
