Doubt and self-judgment can be significant obstacles in the path of a successful mindfulness meditation practice. These inner voices can create doubt in our minds about our ability to meditate or bring about a sense of self-judgment about our practice. They can make us feel inadequate or unworthy, leading us to give up on our practice before we even begin.
