Fate seems to be intertwined in everything I do, at least, that’s how it feels sometimes. Is there really some cosmic force out there, some unknowable entity that controls the minutiae of my life, or am I just thinking that I am more important than I really am? It would be nice to know that something, or someone out there much more powerful than I am is watching over me, but… what if they don’t have my best intentions in mind? What if my life is just a game to them, what if everything is out of our control?
