I build a brand-new computer and realize I no longer understand the box I’m building.
I remember when a 13-inch television was peak human achievement and nobody questioned it.
And I turn 45—discovering that it’s equal parts terrifying, liberating, and strangely freeing to stop pretending you’re young and start enjoying being experienced.
