Interested in getting your students involved in developing virtual reality or 3D modeling? Listen to how Eddie Gonzalez, a 7th grade teacher in the Bakersfield City School District and a doctoral student in Educational Leadership at Cal State Bakersfield, engages his students with virtual reality and 3D modeling. Eddie discusses projects that his students created using tools such as Sketchfab and Tinkercad. He also discusses how he involves his students in peer teaching and professional development of teachers!

Eddie is a classroom teacher in the Bakersfield City School District and a lecturer at California State University Bakersfield. He integrates multimedia into everyday Common Core lessons. He is a Fall 2015 graduate of the CSU Fullerton MS in Educational Technology. He was the recipient of the Edwin Carr Fellow award for promise in educational leadership. Currently he is researching local issues of educational technology equity in the Doctoral Studies Program in Educational Leadership at CSU Bakersfield.
