More on Fluffy Mallows - Fluffy Mallows is a Namibian marshmallow manufacturing business that specializes in producing handcrafted marshmallows. The marshmallows are especially made with a lot of love and great attention to detail to produce insanely delicious, irresistibly airy, smooth, edible clouds of happiness for marshmallow lovers of all ages.

In this Sessions we feature Ndahekelekwa Paulus, or more prominently known as Beauty.

Her main profession is that of a software engineer. A fitting description for someone who specialises in creating soft edibles, but her love for confectionery is a different science. Like many up-and-coming entrepreneurs, Beauty's story has humble beginnings. She owes it to her mom.

Starting off small, she first sold her tasty treats to schools in her surrounding area, before branching  off into the retail market.

Her marshmallow recipe is a combination of old-school and modern research techniques – studying books on baking and watching tutorials on Youtube.

Beauty is still far from where she wants to be, but that is true of any entrepreneur building his or her dream. The public is aware of the local delicacies she is creating and the amount of effort she is putting into bringing out a high quality product.
