Without Christ, we are hopelessly trapped in our own sin with attempts to escape being futile. But God’s mercy and grace await, offering us freedom and forgiveness. As David illustrates in Psalm 32, when we realize our dilemma and surrender to the Lord’s salvation and will, we become a soul set free.
