Is it is okay to imagine that Jesus lets us down? Our sermon this week rises out of a gospel reading that truly makes no sense. Jesus seems to be saying different things at the same time, and some of the ideas we hear are not at all what we expect from our Lord. So what do we do when we are left with more questions than answers? One possibility is, ask more questions. This sermon is the third in our series, "Set Free," rooted in Luke 16.1-13.
