We believe that the church is for equipping the saints for the work of ministry (Eph.4:12).  So when you come to dabric, your not coming to a traditional service to just hear the word of God and leave.  You are coming to become the word you heard and to tell it to others.  God wants His living Word to spread throughout the earth (Mark 16:15).  The only way people are going to hear the word is through us!
