Happy Thursday friends and welcome back! Summer has been on my mind and as a chronic planner I love looking forward into a new season. I have been laying out the foundation of adapting my routine to be balanced enough to include my priorities but also allow for leisure and summer enjoyment, while doing this I pulled my ideas to share with all of you. Including your fitness, and overall wellness routine into your summer can sound daunting, but if you break it down and make it realistic you are more likely to stick with it!
