Drishti is a Sanskrit word in Yoga meaning a "point of focus." A Drishti is a way to "Set Your Gaze" within each pose or during meditation, improving our focus, concentration, and balance. The North Star during the holiday season is a symbol of hope. As we look for ways to live our yoga practice, the stars we see scattered all around us this time of year can serve as a Drishti off the mat, to rest and concentrate our eyes and our focus upon.
