Lesson 221: Set Your Work Hours

If you have a day job, you pretty much have set hours. That might be out of your control but you need to make sure you respect your work hours. If you have said you work between these hours, or if those hours have been set for you, make sure you keep work within those hours and once the time is done, boom, let work go. Remember, you need to rest because if you don't, it will cost you.
