happy new year! i hope you all are having an amazing 2023 so far. it’s weird because for me it doesn’t even feel like a new year and idk if that good or bad. anyway, i’m not usually one to make new year’s resolutions but this year i decided i want to get better at setting up boundaries with people and things. when he was younger i was really bad at it and it caused me to develop social anxiety and people walked all over me in friendships. after the pandemic, i developed a sense of normalcy and got really good at setting up boundaries with people. this episode im going to share with you all how i set up boundaries with people and things, why setting boundaries has a negative connotation, and how i was really good at doing it in 6th grade and then lost that ability in 8th grade. for anyone struggling with this subject i hope this episode help. love you and happy new year
